Important Notice to Customers in the U.S.A.

We would like to inform you of an important notice regarding shipments to the United States.

Due to a change in the customs system at the U.S. Customs, there have been an increasing number of cases of customs charges being applied to your order when it arrives at your doorstep. However, this change only applies to products made overseas, and items that can be proven to be made in the U.S. will continue to be accepted duty-free. Please feel free to contact us for further information and advice before making a purchase.

  1. About the abolishment of duty-free treatment
    The duty-free treatment for imports into the U.S. has been abolished from 2025. Therefore, it is expected that you will have to pay customs duties and import consumption tax when you receive your order.

  2. About shipping method
    Currently, Japan Post's EMS is not available to the U.S., and FedEx is the only shipping method available.

  3. For customers who pre-ordered CINEMA EDITION
    Even if you selected "EMS" when pre-ordering, we will ship via FedEx at no additional charge. However, please note that you may be required to pay customs duty upon receipt.
    　If you have any concerns or would like to discuss solutions, please contact us individually. Please understand that this is not a definite notice or promise at this time, as it will change depending on future policies of Japan Post and the U.S. government.

  4. About Listings on eBay
    Due to eBay's policy, customs duties must be paid by the seller. Due to this, we need to review our shipping methods and there will be a temporary suspension of listings and a decrease in the number of listings.

For items made in the U.S., duty-free treatment may be applied only if it can be proven by tags or other means. We will provide detailed product names on the invoice for U.S. shipments.
