This jacket is a late model ripstop fabric jacket called the Jungle Fatigue 4th model. The overall color is dark, and although there is not much fading, there are some whitened areas, so this is not a dead stock item. There are no missing buttons, no noticeable damage, and no repairs. Made in 1969.
