This is an introduction of a 3rd Model Jungle Fatigue Jacket made in 1969. The fabric is made of poplin, and is a rare non ripstop fabric. It was used by the U.S. Air Force. The branch tape, name tape, and qualification insignia are still there, but other rank insignia have been removed. The tapes are locally made. It has an additional pen pocket on the arm, which is known to have been used by Air Force soldiers. It was probably used by officers and possibly worn on the ground by fighters and airmen. Overall, the garment shows very strong signs of use, with strongly faded edges, orange stains and missing buttons. Two buttons on the sleeves are missing. Some areas have been repaired. Although the jacket is in poor condition in some respects, I think it can be said to be a valuable jacket considering the background the jacket has. There is no size tag. This is a used item and cannot be returned. Please understand.
