This is an actual 1972 L-2B flight jacket from the U.S. Air Force. It is in very good condition, the knit has some repairs at the neck and torso area, but the hands and other parts are clean. The lining is also very clean and has a beautiful rescue orange coloring. The insignia, affiliation patch, and rank insignia are sewn on, but all appear to be retrofitted, although the same intent is used. The zipper is made of aluminum.
