An early lot of CWU-36/P, manufactured in 1977, in miraculous unused condition! This jacket was created as the successor to the nylon MA-1, and by adopting the flame-retardant material Nomex (*this model is made of polyamide), it laid the foundation for the modern flight jacket. It is also a popular size, LARGE.

It is noteworthy that this piece was made in 1977, shortly after the "CWU-36/P" was adopted. It is a valuable piece of clothing from the era when the U.S. military began a full-scale transition to the next generation of pilot equipment. In recent years, the CWU-36/P has once again come into the limelight with the movie "Top Gun Maverick. Maverick, played by Tom Cruise, wore it in the movie, and it made the hearts of military fans around the world burn with excitement.

The manufacturer is Centre MFG Co. The utility pocket on the left arm, the Velcro patch on the chest, and the three-dimensional silhouette are all real military specifications. The miraculous condition of this item, which has never been used, is also worth mentioning. It is truly a collector's item.
