This is an actual OG-107 shirt made by Poplin. Although usually made of thick cotton twill, it is said that these lightweight shirts were privately procured and sold in PXs and other places. Therefore, these Poplin shirts are said to be PX items, except for the Special Warfare shirts.

This one has a double MACV patch sewn on afterwards, and all rank insignia, names, etc. have been restored. The shirt is used and has some fading on the edges. The second front button from the bottom has been repaired and reattached, and the thread is different. There is a small tear near the side of the right sleeve. The size is written "X-Large," which is the largest size. It is for customers who want to wear larger or are looking for a larger size.
